Guatemala – Suban Ik

It has been a long time since I have posted anything on my blog – well close to four years. It is not that I have not been cooking. Priorities changed a little bit along with lot of transitions in life.

Case in point – Last year around this time I took some a three week class on basic Guatemala cuisine and it has taken me a nearly a year to post the nine dishes I learnt to cook. I had the pictures and the step by step instructions – but it never happened. I realized today that I have misplaced my notes and needs a hunt. So as I hunt for them here are the pictures I had taken.
